New Atlantic City hotels and big-name acts heat up Tri-state casino scene this summer

Ocean Resort Casino

Opening June 28 in the old Revel Casino, the 48-story hotel, the largest building in AC, features 1,399 rooms, a 138,000 square foot casino and 99 table games. Chow down at Harper’s bistro for brunch or groove to the beat at Villain and Saint. Wahlburgers and Cereal Town are family foodie fun. Mind and body pampering by Exhale Spa.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino

Music is the name of the game at this new Boardwalk destination opening on June 28 in the former Trump Taj Mahal. “The Sound of Your Stay” custom playlists, stunning ocean views and the legendary Hard Rock Cafe add to the vibe. Carrie Underwood on June 29 and Pitbull June 30 launch the dazzling talent lineup.

Golden Nugget Atlantic City

Count the ways to spoil yourself at the Golden Nugget, including a $6 million spa, the seductive H20 pool and Haven Nightclub. The Fakefest of tribute bands, from the B Street Band to Eaglemania, returns July 12-16. Todd Rundgren performs Aug. 4.

Resorts Casino Hotel

Empire City Casino

Pauly D from “Jersey Shore” spins select Saturdays at 10 p.m.
