The San Antonio spirits company behind Seersucker Southern Style Gin is opening its Seersucker Distillery to the public for tastings and tours beginning Feb. 15.

The distillery near Calaveras Lake east of San Antonio will be open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Visitors can taste Seersucker spirits and cocktails and take self-guided tours.

The distillery, part of the Azar Family Brands behind several styles of Seersucker gin and Cinco Vodka, was designed to let visitors see the distilling and packaging process, including overhead pipes for transporting the gin to the bottling line. Expect wooden floors in a herringbone pattern, lots of light and accents in the brand’s cool blue and white colors.
