Calif. Congressman Swalwell sues Trump and others for inciting Capitol riot
Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) has filed suit against former President Trump and three others, including Donald Trump, Jr., Rudy Giuliani and Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) for allegedly inciting the January 6 riot at the Capitol. NBC's Pete Williams joins 'The News with Shepard Smith' to report.
