There's no better way to usher in the harvest season than with a fall festival. And it's even better if you can find a fall festival in Houston to go to with kids. With tons of fall festivals in Houston or near Houston over the next few months, the opportunities for enjoying cooler temperatures (okay, that may be a bit ambitious) and good, old-fashioned family fun are endless.
