Former co-star says Jessica Alba was 'horrible' to work with
Jensen Ackles worked with Jessica Alba over 20 years ago on James Cameron's 2000 sci-fi show "Dark Angel." The experience isn't one he remembers fondly.
While on Michael Rosenbaum's Inside of You podcast, the former "Days of Our Lives" actor was asked if it was "cool to work with" Jessica back then.
"No, she was horrible," he said, quickly noting that he was not joking. "I've told this to her face."
Pressed on the details of his less-than-stellar memories, Jensen said, "I've love Jess, which kind of contradicts what I just said. She was under an immense amount of pressure on that show."

Jensen noted that the Honest Company founder was young and in a tumultuous relationship with costar Michael Weatherly at the time, which caused "some undue stress on set."
"I was the new fresh face on the set," he said. "I was just kind of, I was the new kid on the block and I got picked on by the lead… Like the worst kind of bickering a brother and sister could do. She had it out for me. It wasn't that she didn't like me. She was like, 'Oh here's the pretty boy the network brought in for more window dressing because that's what we need.'"
The bickering even happened in front of the crew, so Jensen decided to throw it back at her, which he said the crew "loved."
"It did build some mutual respect" between them, he said. "We bickered, we bickered like brother and sister."
The two, though, had touching moments, including the time Jensen's grandfather passed away during filming.
"She literally walked into my trailer and just held me for half an hour," he said. "So it was that kind of relationship. If she walked in, it would be all hugs, but she didn't make it easy on me."
