Kimora Lee Simmons' estranged husband was legally married to two other women when he tied the knot with her in 2014.

The bombshell admission was one of several that came out while Tim Leissner was being questioned under oath during a colleague's embezzlement trial.
While being questioned, Tim also admitted that he posed as his then-wife Judy Chan for years while sending fake emails to Kimora in an attempt to woo her. As part of the emails, Tim (posing as his ex) claimed he was divorced.

Radar Online reports that the businessman was successful in his ploy, as the fashion designer invited Tim on vacation with her and her family a number of different times — although Kimora thought she was speaking with Tim's wife, Judy.
Judy, who is a billionaire businesswoman and wine heiress, was reportedly unaware of the scam.

After confessing to the phony email correspondence, Tim admitted to fabricating divorce documents, revealing that he was still married when he got hitched to Judy in 2000, and was also technically and legally still married two both women when he married the "Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane" star in 2013.
