Billie Lourd is currently killing it as '80s aerobics fanatic and free spirit Montana on the new season of American Horror Story: 1984, but that's not the only time you'll see her face on your TV screen this year. The actor just announced that she'll be guest-starring on the final season of the Will & Grace reboot, playing the granddaughter of her real-life grandmother Debbie Reynolds's character Bobbi Adler, AKA Grace's scene-stealing mom.

"I have watched and loved Will & Grace since I was (probably too) young. So getting to watch my grandma play Grace’s mom was one o’ the coolest things to happen to my young willandgraceobsessed self," Billie announced via Instagram, alongside a carousel of images of the late Debbie Reynolds as Bobbi. "Next week I get to play my real life grandma’s on screen granddaughter on one of my favorite shows and there are not enough happy adjectives in the world to convey the excitement I feel." She then tagged the Will & Grace cast and crew, writing, "Thank you ... for bringing me into the Adler fam."

EW reports that Billie will play Fiona, "a character described by NBC as 'an edgy, self-confident modern woman who’s outspoken and irreverent'" in her guest-starring spot. The show's co-creator, Max Mutchnick, confirmed the news with an Instagram post of his own, sitting with Billie in front of a painting of her grandma. "It’s Hollywood royalty on the Will & Grace stage this week," he wrote. "Billie Lourd plays the granddaughter of real life grandmother Debbie Reynolds. I loved Debbie, I loved Carrie and I love this apple who did not fall far from her trees."

We have no doubt that Billie will pay beautiful tribute to her late grandmother, who died just one day after Billie's mother Carrie Fisher passed away in 2016. In the show, Bobbi Adler was Grace's singing, dancing, theatrical mother, and we're hopeful that the character of Fiona will have a few of these magical traits.

Billie's not the only guest star on Will & Grace's final season; EW reports that Ryan Phillippe will play himself, and Demi Lovato recently announced that she's returning to acting with a role on the show too. Needless to say, this slate of guest stars has us so ready for what's to come this season.
