Biden launches plan to fly baby formula to U.S.
President Biden is invoking the Defense Production Act to increase the production of baby formula nationwide. The president has also called for civilian Defense Department planes to pick up formula overseas and bring it to the U.S. House lawmakers are set to vote on a bill that would make it easier for low-income families to get formula.
