Sleepy Police Horses Hate Getting Up on Cold Mornings, and Who Can Blame Them?

It appears that horses hate getting out of bed on cold mornings just as much as humans do, if recent footage by the Merseyside Police’s mounted unit is anything to go by. Police horses Beau and Harriet really don’t like leaving their cosy stables and equine rugs on dark November mornings, and videos show them ignoring their handlers, who are trying to rouse them for work.
