
Vindman Says Trump’s Ukraine Call Was ‘Improper’
In responding to Rep. Adam Schiff in the impeachment hearing Tuesday, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman detailed his concerns about President Trump’s July 25 call with the Ukrainian President Zelensky and how the call “was inappropriate; it was improper.”
