Bringing back Andean condors from the brink of extinction
Andean condors have been threatened across the mountain ranges of South America by hunting and other human activities. But Norberto Luis Jácome, a Rolex Awards Laureate, has helped replenish the condor population through a breeding program in his native Argentina.
