In "zero-Covid" Hong Kong, people are outraged as pet owners are surrendering their small pets after the government ordered a cull over Covid-19 fears, euthanizing around 2,000 hamsters, rabbits, chinchillas and guinea pigs. CNN's Kristie Lu Stout reports.
