Dr. Mehmet Oz, a Senate candidate in Pennsylvania, is trying to win the "Fox primary" by appearing on the network every few days, Brian Stelter says. "From Oz's point of view," Olivia Nuzzi says, "there's no upside to participating in the mainstream media," so he's sticking to Fox.
