3 California Children Hospitalized After Driver Jumps Curb and Hits Them, Cops Say

A security camera caught the moment right before a driver allegedly jumped the curb and hit three children on a sidewalk near an elementary school in Southern California. The suspect is 26-year-old Jason Guzman. District officials say before school began, he was allegedly trespassed on campus and was removed by authorities. Police also say they found explosives in his car, causing the neighborhood and school to be evacuated. Inside Edition Digital has more.
