After take off, an elderly passenger collapsed and hit his head. Vasquez jumped into action and called her brother, who is a doctor, for advice. Her bodyguard used his Apple watch to monitor the man's heart rate. His injuries were deemed serious enough that the flight turned around and returned to Los Angeles.
