New Colorado Springs Chief of Police outlines focuses within the department
It's been about two months since Springs City Council approved Adrian Vasquez as the new chief of police for the Colorado Springs Police Department. On Monday, he shared his vision of the department with News5. Part of it includes addressing staffing levels within the department, rising crime rates in the city, and more community engagement.
