New restrictions take effect in parts of NY
Residents in parts of Staten Island, Upper Manhattan and Long Island are facing new coronavirus restrictions ahead of Thanksgiving as the number of cases in those areas continues to climb, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Monday.
