Prosecutors Reveal Alex Murdaugh’s Last Text to His Wife
Disgraced South Carolina lawyer Alex Murdaugh's last text message to his wife was revealed in court. Murdaugh texted "Call me, babe" to his wife, Maggie, after five phone calls to her went unanswered. However, prosecutors allege he already knew his wife was killed and was trying to establish an alibi. Prosecutors say 20 minutes after Murdaugh sent the text, he was on the phone with 911, claiming he came to his hunting lodge to find his slain wife and their son Paul.
