Pueblo Police say do not call 911 over fireworks
The Fourth of July is one of the busiest times for Pueblo emergency dispatchers. Their biggest message is do not call 911 unless you have a real emergency. They want you to call their non-emergency line instead, 719-553-2502. You can find it on the main page of the police department's website. If you are caught with illegal fireworks you could get a ticket that ranges from $250 to $500.
