White House Chief of Staff John Kelly defends President Trump’s call to soldier’s widow

President Trump’s White House Chief of Staff, John Kelly gave an emotional defense Thursday about Trump’s treatment of bereaved military families, including the president’s call to the widow of a fallen soldier.
