Zelensky: Military Shouldn’t Make Decisions ‘Without Me’ After Permit Issue
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed frustration that the Ukrainian military started requiring special permits for conscripts to travel across the country. After public dispute, Zelensky promised to “figure it out” during the regularly scheduled meeting with the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.
