2nd Arrest in Iowa Shooting, Survivor Leaves Hospital: Report
The founder of a program for teens who was shot when a gunman allegedly targeted his students has reportedly gone home from the hospital. William Holmes, also known as Will Keeps, is a rapper and activist who is the director of Starts Right Here in Iowa. Reports say he was released from the hospital where he needed life-saving surgery after the January 23rd shooting. Reports also say a second man has been arrested in connection to the shooting.
