First Responders Rescue Woman Through Sunroof of her Sinking SUV in New York
A woman who drove her SUV off the road and crashed into a pond in Le Ray, New York, is lucky to be alive. Her vehicle was fully submerged by the time police arrived, and the first responders had to work quickly to save her. One officer leaped into the water to help get her out. He tried and failed to reach her through the driver’s side door. Finally, he was able to break through the sunroof, and he pulled the woman to safety.
