Liz Cheney Calls for Republicans to Make Choice Amid Jan 6 Testimony Allegations
Some Republicans are possibly turning their backs on Trump. Congresswoman Liz Cheney received a standing ovation after a speech calling on the Republican party to make a choice. "The Republican party cannot be both loyal to Donald Trump and loyal to the Constitution," she states. The Washington Examiner newspaper called Trump: "Unfit to be anywhere near power ever again." But Senator Lindsey Graham says to not count the former president out and that Trump may run in the 2024 election.
