Synagogue Terrorist Traveled to Texas From England, Wanted ‘Lady Al-Qaeda’ Freed
Across the country, houses of worship are still on edge after last weekend's armed hostage situation at a Texas synagogue. Meanwhile, new details are emerging about the gunman's movements leading up to him holding four people hostage for 11 hours. Malik Faisal Akram, who traveled from England, had a criminal record and was investigated by Britain's military intelligence for possible links to terrorism. He was arrested in 2016. So why wasn't he on a watch list banning him from entering the U.S.?
