Overnight: Light snow developing, rapidly changes to rain coast, increasing southeast wind with gusts over 50mph late, several inches of snow well inland by daybreak. Lows low/mid 20s, rising into the 30s coast. MLK Day (Monday): Very windy with AM rain, few rumbles of thunder, snow well inland, changes to rain by the late AM, southeast wind gusting up to/over 60mph in the AM, localized damage and power outages, minor to moderate coastal flooding during late AM high tide. Highs upper 40s to 50 coast, 30s/40s inland. Monday Night: Decreasing clouds, breezy, and cold with a stray flurry. Lows low to mid 20s.
