Cars Pulled From Flooded Toronto Highway

Cars were pulled from floodwater on July 17 after heavy rainfall caused a highway in Toronto, Canada, to flood. The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority issued a flood warning for the area on Wednesday. The Toronto Sun reported that the heavy rain and flooding were remnants of Hurricane Barry.
