Cold front expected to bring drop in temperatures to Central Florida this week

It’s not time to break out the winter coats, but some cooler weather is on the way to Central Florida.

"We usually start with cool fronts in October, but here we are in late September watching our second front," First Alert Meteorologist Eric Burris said.

Forecasts show a big drop in humidity and lower temperatures by Wednesday.

The forecasted high temperature Wednesday is just 80 degrees and lows will be in the 60s and possibly even dip into the 50s overnight Thursday and Friday.
