No injuries were reported from the blaze, which occurred shortly before 10 p.m. at the marina located in the 9000 block of Seward Park Ave. S. One of the boats caught fire again on Monday morning,

It took about an hour to bring the blaze under control but fire officials said they planned to remain on the scene for several hours to ensure the fire was fully extinguished.

Flames and smoke could be seen billowing from the location as firefighters worked to extinguish it.

Officials said harbor patrol agents were brought in to help control and limit the blaze.

The three boats were heavily damaged by the flames and fire officials said that was limiting their ability to search the vessels. Two of the three boats completely sank underwater.

It was not immediately clear if anyone was on the boats when the fire began.

A spokesperson for the Seattle Fire Department said an overhead marina structure also burned during the incident.

Firefighters deployed  more than 300-feet of hose to reach the fire in order to contain and extinguish it from shore side, authorities said in a written statement.

Seattle Police Harbor Patrol had a boat on scene that assisted by putting water on the fire from the Lake Washington side.
