Indonesian Volcano Spews Ash Into Sky Following Eruption
Eruption activity was continuing at Indonesia’s Lewotolo volcano on December 1, after a large cloud of ash and gas exploded into the sky on Sunday, November 29. Footage captured by Aloysia Tonia Lengary near her home shows a towering column of smoke from the volcano’s eruption on November 29. Over 4 km of ash was sent into the air, according to ReliefWeb.
