Four days after high winds knocked out power to thousands in southeast Michigan, the National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Thursday.

The advisory, which runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., calls for wind speeds of 20 to 25 mph, with gusts of 35 to 45 mph. The peak of the wind should come between noon and 3 p.m.

Along with the winds, Thursday and Friday will have afternoon highs that reach into the upper 50s to lower 60s, the NWS says.

Temperatures in the 60s aren't out of the ordinary for November, said Ian Lee, a meteorologist with the NWS White Lake office.

As part of the wind warning, the NWS said to be on the lookout for small tree limbs being blown down, difficulty driving high-profile vehicles and loose outdoor objects being blown away.

Friday's weather will be warm and breezy with some cloudiness and breaks of sun, according to Accuweather. The high temperature will be in the lower 60s with a low in the 40s.

Saturday and Sunday will both be cooler and cloudier. Both days have highs in the upper 40s with lows in the 30s. On Sunday, there's a chance of scattered rain.
