NOAA predicts up to 9 potential hurricanes this year
U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) said Thursday (May 25) that they expect an average Atlantic hurricane season with an expected five to nine storms that will develop into hurricanes. However, that projection is less confident than usual due to El Niño as well as elevated ocean temperatures. Gabe Singer reports.
