Rain and snow in forecast again Sunday into Monday in Massachusetts

Ready for more snow?

Some in Massachusetts can expect more flakes in coming days.

Precipitation is in the forecast across the state on Sunday, with showers likely Sunday evening. As the temperature drops overnight, rain will shift to a chance of snow showers.

As Saturday morning, the National Weather Service estimates the Berkshires most likely to see snow showers, with currently a 80% probability overnight into Monday. One to two inches of snowfall is expected by Monday evening.

Further east in the Pioneer Valley, Central Massachusetts and Greater Boston, a slight chance of snow showers on Monday.

Several inches fell across parts of Massachusetts Thursday into Friday.

As of Friday afternoon, Worcester recorded the highest total reported to the National Weather Service, with 6.5 inches. See snow totals reported across the state here.
