Snake Catcher Removes Massive Python From Queensland Family's Garden
A large python was captured and removed from the garden of a Queensland family home on Tuesday, January 19. Footage shared to the Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 Facebook page shows Stuart McKenzie removing the carpet python from a shrub at the home in Buderim before placing it in a cloth bag. Later in the video, McKenzie gently releases the snake into the wild. Writing on Facebook, McKenzie said it was one of the biggest carpet pythons they relocated in a long time, and added, “The family had a small pet…so they opted to have him relocated safely back to the bush! This definitely surprised us today once we were able to get him out!” Credit: Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 via Storyful
