Remnants of Tropical Depression 12 become less defined

Tropical Depression 12 is dissipating after forming last week in the Atlantic.

As of 11 p.m. Thursday, it is 860 miles west-northwest of the Cabo Verde islands. It has maximum sustained winds of 35 mph. The remnants of Tropical Depression 12 are moving west-northwest at 17 mph.

The National Hurricane Center is no longer providing updates on this system.

This comes as Tropical Depression 13 churns in the Atlantic and Florida continues to work to recover from Hurricane Ian.
