Where is Henri now? Live radar, graphics, streams to track the path of the storm
Henri was downgraded to a tropical storm and made landfall in Rhode Island but will still bring heavy rain and flooding to parts of New York and New England.
The system had maximum sustained winds of 60 mph when it made landfall near Westerly at 12:15 p.m., according to the National Hurricane Center. Power outages peaked at more than 120,000 customers in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
New York has declared a state of emergency for more than two dozen counties. A tropical storm warning was in effect much of Sunday from East Rockaway Inlet in New York to Chatham, Massachusetts and the islands of Block Island, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

'Life-threatening': Tropical Storm Henri could slam parts of Northeast with up to 12 inches of rain
The National Hurricane Center warned that some areas could see up to 12 inches of rain. Flash flooding was reported Sunday morning in New York. Brooklyn had received 6.48 inches of rain by 8:45 a.m. Sunday and Manhattan was approaching 5 inches of rain.
