Cristiano Ronaldo is once again on the bench for Manchester United in their Premier League clash at Leicester on transfer deadline day, as the game comes too soon for new signing Antony.

Back-to-back wins has changed the mood around the club after a dismal start to their latest new era under Erik ten Hag, results which coincided with both Ronaldo and club captain Harry Maguire being dropped.

United face table-topping Arsenal on Sunday before beginning their Europa League campaign four days later, meaning games are coming thick and fast for the foreseeable. However, Ten Hag has opted not to shuffle his pack and kept faith with the players that have produced an upturn in form.
