Back in September 2020, Chrissy openly shared details about how and why she ended up losing her third child when she was 20 weeks pregnant, opening up a powerful conversation about miscarriage and pregnancy loss. Many fans reached out, but the company that she and husband John Legend use to receive fan mail, was shut down and not delivering letters. The company evidently reopened recently and Chrissy received all of the backmail.

Chrissy was stunned.

Chrissy was absolutely stunned at the sheer volume of mail fans sent her after the loss of her son Jack. "This is just piles of letters that we just got because the place we usually get mail from, where you guys send mail, has been shut down and it opened back up. And now we got everything," Chrissy explained tearfully.

She thanked fans and expressed her love for them as she went through the envelopes.

She promised to read every letter.

"You guys sent the most amazing condolence letters and cards and books, and I just wanted you to know we got all of them. All of them. And I'm gonna read them all, okay? I love you guys," Chrissy said on her Instagram story.

Chrissy who has 35 million followers on Instagram, still has many, many fans though, and while she knows she will likely continue to be a divisive figure, she's explained on social media that she's trying to figure out her next steps with the support of her loyal fans.
